Second Chance

I was at a breaking point when I called. I saw your help line number and I thought why not? The voice on the other end of the phone was so calming almost letting me know immediately that I was doing the right thing. The counselor was so kind and patient. She never made me feel like I was the reason I was in this mess. She actually made me feel human again and not a failure. She never sighed or took a gasp of air as to say "Hurry Up" She was so kind.
